Its precise control technology minimizes albumen residue in the yolk cup, ensuring superior product quality while setting a new benchmark for efficiency and consistency in the industry.
The Cleanest Egg White
Synchro breakers also deliver exceptionally clean egg whites through the integrated Albuchecker® system. Using high-resolution vision technology and patented software, Albuchecker® detects yolk stains on separation cups. Any stained cups are automatically redirected to the whole-egg tank, preventing contamination and maintaining the highest standards of purity. This ensures that producers can consistently offer pristine egg whites, even under the most stringent industry requirements.
