Fancom welcomes Jan Rovers as Junior Area Sales Manager

Fancom welcomed Jan Rovers in his new role as Junior Area Sales Manager. Jan, 24 years old and living in Evertsoord, completed his studies in Business Administration & Agri-food Business at the HAS in Venlo last year and brings both knowledge and practical experience. 

As part of his studies, Jan gained valuable practical experience through his work as a weekend and holiday worker at the Van Asten Group, where he learned the intricacies of intensive pig farming and evolved into a versatile force in animal care.

During his education he completed an internship at Voergroep Zuid in Deurne, and he expanded his international experience still further with an internship at Topigs Norsvin Innova Canada in Plumas, Manitoba, where he gained in-depth knowledge about core breeding.

Jan about his new challenge at Fancom

’During my study period at the HAS I was able to develop myself broadly. Complemented by my experience in pig farming, Fancom is a perfect match.
