HatchTech Appoints Ben Green as National Sales Manager USA

HatchTech Group, member of Dutch Poultry Centre, has announced the appointment of Ben Green as National Sales Manager USA. This strategic hire reinforces HatchTech's long-term commitment to the U.S. hatchery industry and marks another step in the company's ongoing expansion in North America.

An experienced professional joins the team

Ben Green brings over 30 years of experience in the poultry industry to his new role. For the past eight years, he served at Cobb as Senior Director of Hatcheries and Transportation, where he built deep expertise in hatchery operations, production, and commercial support. His hands-on knowledge of U.S. poultry operations makes him well placed to connect HatchTech's technologies with the day-to-day realities of American hatcheries.

Green himself is clear about what drew him to HatchTech: "I have known HatchTech for more than 20 years and have closely followed the performance its products deliver in practice. It is the combination of HatchTech's incubation concept, the consistently high-quality chicks produced, and the proven field performance of those chicks that convinced me that taking this next step in my career is the right one."

Advanced technology at the core

HatchTech offers a broad portfolio of research-based incubation solutions designed to maximise chick quality and hatchery efficiency. Key innovations include Laminar Airflow Technology for setters and hatchers, HatchCare and SetCare systems for optimal chick welfare, cost-efficient hatchery designs that can reduce building costs by up to 30%, and the SelEggt in ovo sexing technology, which allows early and accurate determination of chick sex before hatching.

Green will work alongside Codie McKnight, National Sales Manager USA, and Robin van Ginkel, International Sales Manager, ensuring that U.S. customers receive dedicated expertise and close support.

A key market for the long term

HatchTech's investment in the U.S. goes beyond personnel. The company is also building local infrastructure, including a dedicated spare parts warehouse and enhanced technical support within the United States, enabling faster service and more responsive customer partnerships.

Robin van Ginkel, International Sales Manager, underlines the strategic importance of this market: "The United States is a key strategic market for HatchTech, and we are fully committed to building our presence there for the long term. We are here to stay."

Dutch Poultry Centre congratulates Ben Green on his new role and wishes HatchTech continued success in the United States.
