Kick-off meeting Dutch Poultry Training Program February 5, 2025

During our New Year's meeting, the DPC members Aeres / Poultry Expertise Center and Hendrix Genetics took the initiative to set up the Dutch Poultry Training Program. We would like to invite you to the Kick-off meeting for this Training Program on February 5, 2025 at 2 p.m. at the Poultry Expertise Center in Barneveld (Barnseweg 3, Barneveld).

Within the Dutch poultry sector there is a growing need for training  of new young employees and customers. At the same time, poultry training courses are disappearing due to a shortage of students / loss of subsidies. To fill this gap, Janne van Rooij (Poultry Expertise Centre) and Teun van de Braak (Hendrix Genetics) took the initiative to start a training program. The goal is a fast and practical approach, without long lasting subsidy processes. The focus is on utilizing and implementing existing expertise within the Dutch poultry sector in the various courses.
